In order to answer technical questions in your analyses of Suzaku data,
the official "Suzaku Help Desk" for users in Japan and other Asian countries
was opened at RIKEN, Japan.
If you are US users, please contact GOF at GSFC/NASA
from this page,
and if you are European scientists, you can choose whichever you want.
(This is just a guide-line, so you can use the helpdesk
you want.)
